AVOID. No insulation so your house will be whatever the outside temperature is. MASSIVE overages. If their equipment fails or breaks they blame and CHARGE you. Spiders own the porch, don’t plan on using that or them doing anything about it. You hear everything that goes on in the entire house. Office run by immature, passive aggressive college kids that use bully tactics and don’t have a clue how to operate. What a total disgrace.

College Station is AWESOME! I currently live in a 2 bedroom and the living space and bedrooms are good sizes! The appliances work well and are up to date. The maintenance is always completed in a timely manner. It’s proximity to campus is very convenient and I love living here!

I had an overall good experience living at college station. It was comfortable, had great amenities and the walk to campus was so easy.

I lived at college station my Sophomore year of college and it was great. I decided to return my senior year and it has only gotten better. The clubhouse/pool area is as good as it gets in Milledgeville. Plus, the employees in the office are always super friendly and helpful. Not to mention of all the apartment complexes it’s the closest to campus. I would recommend living at college station to any college student looking for housing in Milledgeville.

This place is actually run by clueless children and crooks. Way nicer places around for less money. The kids in the office are the worst part. They don’t address anything and sit around on their phones all day. Expect to get charges for things that you did not do. Document everything if you must live here.
