I'm not the one to do reviews but I just had too, I was coming back from Texas and my great uncle broke down at a funeral had been sitting there for about 5 hours and I couldn't get anyone to pick him up or check on him so I called Baldwin sheriffs department and they were so nice then they transfered me to dispatch . The lady that answered asked me his name and his exact address to his house I told her I didn't know but I explained where he lived the best I could ,I also told her he had cancer and didn't need to be in the heat as long as he had been so if an officer could please pick him up and take him to his house. She asked for his number and told me that she would call him and send an officer I thanked her and we hung up. I called to let my great uncle know. well two hours later he calls me no one showed up nor called him I am very upset with this! I have family and friends that are officers im not sure if it was the officer or dispatch but I would just like to know

Great response experience! I called this morning in a bit of desperation. I accidentally locked the kids in the car. They immediately got me in contact with the deputy in the area and got it unlocked. Thank you!

Very professional.nI called them two months ago about a stray bullet that hit my house. Officer Watson came out to take my report.nThe dispatch have always been kind and professional.nExcellent job everyone

I reported a violent crime directly to Sheriff Massee who responded by threatening me with jail time for a false report without looking into my report at all. Said he would sidestep me at any avenue possible and would not take my case seriously.
