Lady that answered the phone maybe 30 mins ago was -extremely- rude. Especially when she is the first point of contact with people who are already in trying to wrap their minds around things that have just happened.

All of the policemen at the station have always been very nice. However, unfortunately I have had multiple horrible experiences with the same front desk lady every time. I wish I knew her name, but she was very rude and had no idea what she was talking about and kept giving me false information because she did not know certain things that she should have. I no longer like going into the police station because I do not want to talk to her again especially after how rude she is.
