I asked for a very simple design and a fill in and I have never had worse looking nails. The design is completely wrong and each nail is misshapen/very noticeably crooked. The nails I came in with were not crooked or misshapen. I believe the owner did my nails and I cannot believe she let me walk out with that awful of nails to represent her business. I ended up paying for the nails and was asked to leave a tip. I will never be going to this salon again.
I absolutely LOVE Tracy's and they will be the ONLY salon to touch my nails again.

Great customer service and also they made me feel great during my pedicure..free messages offer by each chair with different options....overall great experience
The younger girl that did my nails text the whole time she did them. It wasted a lot of time including mine!!! She also was not wearing a mask@ Tracy did my eyebrows and did a great job.
