The administration at Richey Elementary really cares about the students. Our son has had a great experience here and is already excited for next year. Thanks to all the teachers and staff who take time daily and care for the children of our community.
i went here three years ago. it sucked.they made the simplest of problems even harder to understand.Only positive thing was that it started at 9 and we got out at like 4 .i heard things have changed and i’m honestly so glad i’m not in that school anymore . my point is don’t put your kid in this school.ud83eudd37ud83cudffd♀ufe0f
I had a decent experience with my daughter here at Richey but I cannot believe how much has changed now that my son is going here. He is now in 5th grade, start of a new school year today and its 6:10PM and he still isn't home!!!!!!! This new schedule is ridiculous and I'm seriously considering moving out of district just because I'd like to see my child! I'm a stay-at-home mom for a reason, this does NOT work for me at ALL! Not one parent was even given a choice, not a vote, no suggestions. Just a letter 2 weeks before school starts stating that your child will now be home an hour later due to new Florida guidelines which is a of BS because I know teachers all over this state that haven't heard of this. Ridiculous decision making!
Kids are getting sick. No one is giving me the right answers. My daughter has gotten sick three times this month. Please be careful with the food and make sure your children wash their hands
