Have been going to this location at Kendall place and their prior location in west Kendall for over 15 years and have ALWAYS had unparalleled and friendly service from Nany & Lizbeth. Their time with customers is very important to everyone who comes through the door. They work alone and keep that location going. I have always been satisfied there
Unless it is a very basic hem, forget about doing alterations at this place. They will mess it up every time.nnI’ve also taken certain shirts in, and asked the lady what she recommends for cleaning. Stressing the fact that I don’t want the shirt to shrink. She says “it’s ok, no shrink” but of course after I pick the shirt up and try it on, it is shrunk past my belly button. If you bring it back, you will get a defensive lady telling you “sorry, nothing we can do.”nnIt’s also very common to go pick your clothes up after the designated picked up date and time on the ticket, and for the stuff not to be ready. “Sorry, no ready, come back later.”nnI’ve been going there for years, spending at least a few hundred dollars per month. But bad experience after bad experience has made me never go back again. After my last negative experience, where the lady shrunk my favorite shirt and basically put her arms up in the air and said “sorry, nothing we can do” I made it very clear that the business is losing a regular customer. She didn’t seem to care. These people have no business sense.nnProblem is nobody is accountable. Where are the owners/management?
My clothes are very well mantained and the dry cleaning is great. The staff is very friendly.
Staff is very kind, job is well done, and they even held onto my dress that I forgot to pick up for an entire year! My family has been loyal customers at this location for years.
