i went in asking for a brown balayage and i came out with bright yellow roots red hair and orange highlights, she was extremely rough with my hair and continued to remind me that she was tired and wanted to go home. I paid 500 dollars, didn’t get the look i wanted and left in pain from all the rough pulling of my hair.

I made an appointment 1 week ago for a cut. I just got a call about my appointment that is in 3 hrs telling me they double booked. They are keeping the appointment for the color/cut vs just my cut. Its very apparent that they are keeping the appointment that will get them the most money. Salon's have only been open now for less than 2 weeks since the re-opening from covid. I do not recommend this place unless your having exclusive services done as they will cancel on you in a heart beat to make more money.

Everything was just kinda meh about this experience. Friendly, but the stylist did really talk to me until she was almost done. Haircut was fine, but nothing to make this a regular place

Rachel gave me such a good cut! She listened to what I wanted, and did exactly what I asked for. She was awesome, made my thick hair look good and it's so much more manageable. If you have thick hair, I highly recommend her.
