The technician from Knoop Steam Cleaning arrived in the morning! I was a little concerned that he was alone, but after giving the true estimate and explaining what he would do, he got to work and it took him about two hours to take the drapes and clean the entire house! He was friendly and smart and did an excellent job!ngood company!
