Experienced excellent service and pricing at Florida Plumbing. Ended up having an issue with the lighting connection on a large mirror once we installed it and Ralph had the manufacturer come to my house to replace it. Ralph always followed up after a purchase. That's excellent service!

Exceptional service

Wow! Worst customer service ever. I am doing a full remodel of my home, and I went to this place because of many of the great reviews I read. But as soon as we got in the store no one even looked at us. We were looking for toilets and the vendor was clearly not willing to make a sale or to help us with our needs. We need to purchase a lot of stuff and obviously it will be elsewhere.

I have been dealing with Florida Plumbing for the past 10 years, always getting my plumbing and hardware needs from them, in all three different houses and remodeling that I have done. I always received excellent customer service from knowledgeable and helpful staff, best prices and outstanding after sales service.
