I am renting a terrific home with a nice pool, managed by InCoast Group. I have been very happy here and I greatly appreciate how responsive and considerate that InCoast has been when I had a few issues to be resolved. Additionally, I found their pricing to be competitive, if not better than similar properties that I looked at. I would highly recommend them for anyone wishing to go in to a rental unit.

My wife and I have been renting a lovely home from the InCoast Group for almost two years now and I can honestly say that I have never had a better experience as a renter. Due to moving many times throughout my career as a Ship’s Officer, I have had my share of rental disasters, from misleading advertising, poorly maintained properties, to dishonest and inconsiderate landlords.nnPrior to moving in, we conducted a home inspection and we found a number of minor items requiring resolution. I was pleasantly surprised to find that all items were rectified before we moved in! Since then, we have enjoyed the property immensely. In fact, we like it better than we thought we would when we moved in!nnAfter year one, we were surprised when representatives of the InCoast Group politely asked if they could stop by to introduce themselves and to have a look at the property. When they arrived, we found them to be very cordial, asking us how we liked living there and whether there were any problems that they should know about. We told them everything was fine and after that we spent some time getting to know them and by the time they left, we felt like we had met some new friends!nnAlthough I can’t speak to other properties managed by InCoast Group, the high quality of our home is matched by the high quality with which they have managed it. Not too long ago, the dishwasher failed. We were thinking it could take a long time to resolve the issue, particularly with all of the restrictions caused by the Corona virus. In spite of the challenges, including the high cost of the quoted repair, InCoast decided to replace the unit with a new one. It was installed in record time and I am happy to say that it is a top of the line dishwasher and is much quieter than the old one!nnIn short, I can’t say enough about how well we have been treated by InCoast Group and I highly recommend them if you are in the market to rent your next home.
