Like many others, we had mold issues and issues with professionalism from both the office and maintenance staff. Glad to be out and breathing freely at a quality community. “Lipstick on a pig” does truly sum this place up. Feel free to browse my photos to see what I mean.

Apartments are over priced. They’re nice on the site but once you move in you’ll start to see that everything is cheap. Anyone can get through the gate . The “security alarm” you Pay extra for doesn’t actually call police just makes a sound. The walls of the apartment Around windows and doors look like they’re rotting from the inside out. The apartment always smelled of mold. And you could see the water marks and cracks on surrounding areas We had mold and our door was not sealed properly so we had flooded floors a few times. Maintenance people finally fixed it after 4 attempts. If you’re planning on getting your security deposit back don’t count on it they will rip it away plus more even if you leave it perfect. They’ll find ways to charge you. Dog waste was littered Allll over the community,it’s disgusting. Deff would not recommend living here. I read someone say it before it’s “lipstick on a pig” for sure. Not worth living here.

The maintenance staff and groundskeepers are fantastic! They are kind, Courteous And complete all work requests in a timely fashion.nProfessionalism is hard to find these days. I greatly appreciate it when I experience it.nAlso, the grounds are always pristine!nKudos!! ud83dude03ud83dude03ud83dude03

Mold in my apartment for about 6 months My dotor told me not to go to the apartment..I have been out of the apartment for about 3 weeks living in hotel. Maintenance and management acknowledge the mold and then play it down like no deal.. owner please contact me at [email protected] ...⁰

It's sad I have to spend time doing this, because this is a beautiful rental community but the maintenance and staff are very unhelpful. We lived in The Barrington Club for 2 years and we had humidity problems in our apartment throughout the whole time. they came every time and never got to fully help us. Even when we mention how dangerous is to have and breath mold they even blamed it on us saying we probably had a lot of stuff in the apartment. 3 months before our time was up, we had to live because the conditions were horrible, and they still charged us $320 to clean the mess we did not create. all i hope is that the next family doesn't have to go through this bad experience.
