Unprofessional lack of communication poor quality talk a big game but can't get the work done

From the point of answering the phone the customer service was amazing! I was given the best help from the entire team. They were so patient with me and worked very close to me, always providing updates and follow through. They were quick to show me properties and always worked with what I wanted to see. They made me feel like this process was all about me and my family and never about just making money. I will most definitely pass their information along and spread the word. Everyone should find a home with them, I know i did!

Poor communication skills. Very unprofessional, you will realize this opon your first phone call. Joan would be better served bagging groceries at publix rather than wasting valuable time of prospective buyers.
