When my wife and I were looking for a home, we had little to no money. We didn't even have enough for a down payment (which isn't mandatory with or VA loan). Nonetheless, Ele spent the better part of 2 yrs helping us find a home that fit both my needs and my wife's demands. We were very difficult to find a home for, however Ele never stopped trying and also believed that she would find a home that would make us both happy. We now own a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath in Coral Springs with my backyard and a pool. I couldn't be happier with all that the Martinez team had done for us. Hands down, best realtor team ever!!!

I can’t say enough about the Martinez real estate team. I don’t even know where to begin but here it goes!! December 2014 we had to move down to Florida and with little to no time we couldn’t fly down to view properties. I googled agents and found Eleonora (Ele) and Patrick. I can’t begin to start with the level of professionalism we obtain from these people! All through Skype, Ele busted her butt and did virtual walkthroughs with us of properties. Found us an amazing home to rent for the first two years in Florida. She was communicative, professional, HONEST, and became such an amazing friend through it all. Her heart wasn’t on money but on finding a family with a newborn a home! Years went by and we decided to buy our first home and we couldn’t have though of a better person to call than the one who found us a home in Florida first. Ele and Patrick were quick, always available, and amazing! Literally no other word but amazing! We found our first home and things we didn’t even think of, the Martinez team did! They had every question for the sellers, they put our needs first. They could care less about their commission, and trust me I mean that whole heartedly!!! Finding us a home, for our daughter and dog was way more important to them than the cash amount at the end! They made the process easy, smooth, and pleasant! Our first home was gorgeous and they always checked in with us after selling! So much so that I consider them such close friends! A lot of people find agents they use and once done they are gone. Not eleonora and Patrick! Once they help you, you find a bond with each other, an amazing friendship and that’s what I expect out of real estate agents. If you’re looking for the perfect team to help you, I highly recommend The Martinez team and I’d recommend them every day for the rest of my life because I believe in the way they work! Unprofessional saids one thing then does the opposite lacks communication they will just try to stick you with a contract with over priced commission and hidden fees and the disappear on you.
