Laura helped us find a fantastic home after we relocated to the Space Coast from Charleston, SC. We had 48 hours to find a house and go under contract during a weekend visit, not knowing anything about the area. We started our home search based on a pretty large geographic area and Laura quickly got to know us well enough to find the perfect house and location for our family. She found us homes to look at that we weren't able to find through our own online searches and put in a ton of work to provide listing details for us prior to showings. Laura was always one step ahead, pointing out critical things that weren't on our radar, which we are so thankful for. She got us a great deal on our home and provided a lot of support during what turned out to be a slightly stressful home inspection process. She was a true advocate for us the whole way through. We couldn't be happier with the way things turned out. Laura is smart, intuitive and fun to work with and we highly recommend her!

An agent you can actually trust to be one your side is hard to find in the sea of 5000+ agents in our area. Laura and her team do their homework in regards to market trends/pricing/valuation and strategy to be able to put a buyer or seller in top position. Knowledge is POWER in this industry and I have watched her team excel for several years now and several more to come I'm sure!

Laura is a woman of integrity and experience. She guided me through the overwhelming experience of selling my home with clarity and compassion. She is trustworthy, up to date with policies and regulations. She knew contractors and companies that I needed and walked me through every process. I have never felt more comfortable about a real estate transaction. The house had 7 offers the day it went on the market and one of those ended up being my buyer (highest bid!). This was easier than I imagined even though we sold the house during the coronoavirus crisis. Laura is my family real estate agent for life now!

We are so glad we used Laura to sell our house. If you are thinking about selling your house quickly and for top dollar, Laura is the agent for you! The pre-inspection was so helpful to know what potential buyers might find. She also offered for a stager to come in, who made the house look almost like one found in a magazine, which made the MLS pictures beautiful. She even generated interest in our house two weeks before it hit the MLS – people were waiting for it to be available to walk through. Laura worked hard for us during the entire process, and she will work hard for you. I highly suggest you give her the opportunity to be your agent… with this being the sixth house we have sold in 30 years of marriage, because she outshined all our previous agents, we nicknamed her the Rockstar of Real Estate.
