Brown and Lande are an incredible incredible team. They helped me find my dream home and were so kind and patient with me. At first I was not sure exactly what I wanted, (being fresh out of college) and I knew absolutely nothing about what to look for in a house and what questions to ask. Janet and Jason really took me under their wing and made sure to answer questions I didn't even know I had, about safety requirements and updates done on the house. I think they could tell I was new to this and they really looked out for me and it made me feel very safe. Janet and Jason even made sure to call and check up on me a few times after closing on the house to make sure I was comfortable. It made me feel like I was much more than just a sale to them. They almost felt like surrogate parents.

I would highly recommend Brown and Lande. The level of service was unquestionably top tier. My realtor, Janet Brown, had previously worked with my brother on finding his home before I started to search for mine and we both were able to find houses at very reasonable prices that matched what we we needed. I personally had some unusual circumstances when securing my purchase due to some unexpected delays in closing but Janet was there for me every step of the way to help. She provided excellent recommendations on everything from inspectors to financing. We still keep in contact with our her for any questions that we may have as we are both first time home buyers.

Janet sold my parents home and knew when it was time for me to sell mine there was no one who would work harder than her to help me. She helped me set up my home so it would show perfectly. My house was only on the market 5 days before we were under contract. They are fast, responsive and just a great joy to work with. I promise you no one will work harder than them for you!

Jason and Janet have been nothing short of professional when helping me sell my house. They were also extremely welcoming and really made me feel like they cared about my needs and my concerns that I had throughout the whole process. Their attention to detail has really impressed me and made me feel like I was in good hands. I highly recommend this team for either selling or buying a home.

Janet was recommended to us by a colleague and definitely did not disappoint. We were first time home buyers and very unsure of how the whole process was supposed to go. Janet addressed questions before we could even ask and was always available anytime we needed anything. At one point, we were scheduling multiple contractors to come to the house to discuss possible renovations and Janet always made time to meet us there so that we could begin planning prior to officially owning the home. Oftentimes if I would text with a question, she would call me to ensure she thoroughly answered our questions. She also had very helpful input when it came to determining how to select homeowners insurance, utilities, etc. Furthermore, she made every effort to ensure our lender was keeping everyone on the same page so that communication was flawless. We could not have been happier with how our home buying process went, especially considering we were buying in a seller’s market. And she was right, she did not disappear once our sale was final. Janet still checks in on us and we know she will always be there as we have questions moving forward. Thank you for ALL of your help, we can’t thank you enough!
