This company is awful. They showed up to full detail two cars at sunset. They didn't vacuum, left the windows dirty, didn't do the roof, left the wheels dirty, didn't acid wash one of the vehicles as promised, and left some sort of gunk on my windshield that I'm still trying to get off.nnI went back for a refund, but the owner Nelson jerked me around for 2 months and never returned my money. I finally just went to Amex to get my money back.nnI strongly recommend against this company. Total unprofessional.

Poor customer service and they tried to pull a bait and switch after I paid for my services. Not only pulling a bait and switch but lying about what was in the fine print. I re-read all of the fine print and Pride even lied about what was written. Very disappointed after waiting over a week for car detailing. This company is full of hot air. Lots of slick answers and promises. I would NOT do business with this company!

I bought a groupon for $99 that was worth $225 in interior and exterior detailing. I called pride mobile detailing and spoke to nelson, and asked him for a quote. He said the full price is $250 for interior, exterior, and engine detailing. I said it would be a better deal for me to get this grouon for $99 cause i didn't need the engine detailing. So he said i would have to pay $100 in surcharges with that groupon (which it doesn't say anywhere in the fine print) Thats almost up to the $225-250 for the full price. I told him if there's a buy one get one free deal at publix, they dont make you pay for the first one and add a surcharge for 80% of the price for the second one. Thats ridiculous. So we settled on $60 extra. When his employee came to clean my car, he left soon after because it looked like it was going to rain but he already scanned my groupon so I'm out $99 and he wont answer the phone to reschedule. I contacted groupon to try to resolve the matter so I'm hopeful to get my money back.
