Worse place to live if you have pets. They are not pet friendly management they old people friendly management .nnYou can’t even have a dog play pin as fence so you dog can actually enjoy the outside fresh air and go pee if dogs parents and adults are busy .nI would not recommend this Oceanside to anyone who has pets .

Lived here for two years , horrible subdivision and HoA mismanaged fundsnPeople are rude ,nCars are towed without forwarningnIf you have family or friends that stay over a week they require a police background checknRestrictions on everything you can think ofnRidicoulous

Wonderful place to live. Love the fact that there are rules to abide by, such as towing between the hours of 1am to 5pm., certain house paint colors to choose from keeping our community looking beautiful and uniformed.. Anyone that buys a home in this community is fully informed of HOA by laws, and the good news is a fining system is in effect to insure our community stays beautiful. Oceanside Village is a prime location to live!

Unable to manage money. HOA dues gone up 23% in 3 years. No ROI is that high!
