We are coming up on our 1 year lease renewal but before we signed, we had some requests that be done with maintenance, not only were they efficient, they were fast and super accommodating. We really enjoy living here and the location is amazing!!! The new fitness center is fantastic! The pool is large and a lot of fun in the summer time! I love the fact of how dog friendly they are! Great community! The office staff is super nice and very professional!!!! Thank you!!!

I lived at the Brittany Apartments for 8.5 years and loved every minute of it. The staff are friendly and professional and make you feel right at home. The amenities are great and the area is perfect. Half mile from the beach is pretty darn good. The maintenance staff are the best - friendly competent and extremely responsive. Tamara and Paige are wonderful to work with and makes sure the place feels like home. I will miss living there for sure, but it's time to move on. Thank you Brittany Apartments for my wonderful home for 8.5 years. God Bless you all!!!!

Quiet and spacious apartment beach side. Office and maintenance are friendly and most professional. Pleasant neighbors, nice community overall.

I am super happy living in the Brittany Apartments because the Office Management is outstanding.nThe admin and maintenance team are great at responding any inquiries or maintenance issues.nThe amenities are amazing because we can enjoy of a pool and a fabulous gym where we can have fun and entertainment without going away. Another big plus is the convenience of having the beach few steps away from the apartments.nThis is definitely home for all of us including our pet Ivey.nThank you for making this community great !!!

Edit: Forgot to mention that they just added a gym this year and it's very nice but could be kept a little bit cleaner.nnTheir 2 bedroom apartments are really big and have washing and drying machine capability inside. The pool is kept very clean and alot of FUN! The 2 managers are very professional and the handyman Tim is knowledgeable.
