I have dealt with this organization for years, without incident. They get a bad rap because people seem to be unable to keep their emotions in check at times. Paul Oehl, the owner, is one of the most caring and sincere people you will ever deal with.

I have known Jim for several years and he has always been good to us. I have never had a single issue, he does what he says. I appreciate Jim for always working well with us, he is level headed and his decisions are swift and fair. Thank you Jim for all you have done for us!!!

Jim does not respond to voicemails. Doesn't answer his phone. Still waiting for a simple request to be completed on work that he authorized. Going on at least 2 months.

Happy Homeowner. Jim and his staff are very professional and competent and worked very effectively with previous HOA board members and the homeowners of Coquina Palms in the past. Jim responded immediately when Hurricane Irma caused roof leaks by getting up tarps ASAP to prevent further damage. The HOA is still under contract with CAM. The unprofessional behavior of the present board members who stormed Jim’s office making unacceptable demands was dealt with appropriately. Jim has always given me the time, respect and help that I have sought. Having dealt with three of the leading management companies in the area, CAM and Jim are by far the best choice.

If I could have selected zero stars, I would have. Negative history across several states. Reported several roof leaks over 2 years that caused extensive ceiling damage and nobody EVER came from CAM to even look at the damage, nevermind have a hand in getting it repaired. So much for property management.
