We worked with Danita Blow on the recent purchase of our home. She was wonderful throughout the entire process. She had shown us a number of homes prior to finding the one we ultimately bought, and she was always responsive and quick to schedule a showing, which is so important in a hot market like it is now. She asked all the right questions to better understand our needs. We also purchase vacant land in the area and because we had such a great working relationship, we now work with her on those purchases as well. Thank you Danita!

Miriam and Ed were very helpful, professional, and prompt in responses to any concerns we had about the sale. Miriam stayed in contact with the new property's agent, and ensured funds were transferred properly from one title company to the next, after the sale. Working with Reagan and Alyssa was a pleasure. My wife and I were moving over to the east coast for work and to be closer to family. It was not easy finding a home to meet our needs in this market. They helped me find a short term rental till we found the right house. After countless showings because of my pickyness we were able to find the perfect house. My real estate agent was Catherine Payne and she was amazing! My husband and I were looking to buy our first home. It took us about a year and a half to finally find the right place for us. Catherine stuck with us through everything and was always available with any questions we had. She was very accommodating with our schedules and any last minute viewings we wanted to make. We loved how honest she was with the homes we viewed and how they were right and or wrong for what we were looking for. I have heard horror stories from people about their experiences buying homes, this was not the case with us. Between Catherine and the lender she helped us find we had a very smooth process. My husband and I are grateful, constantly, that Catherine came into our lives and helped us find our home.

Eileen from Suncoast Real Estate is a top notch professional. Was on top of every step of buying processes from the start and always answered questions in a efficient timely manner. I really felt at ease at all times knowing she had my back dealing with other realtor, seller and financing companies. She even was thoughtful enough to remember my son when giving a house warming gift. I am over the moon about Eileen and Suncoast as a result. I can not recommend them enough.
