Ordered and contracted to have the house built in March, 2019 with the expectation that it would be completed in November, 2019. We were able to close on the house in February, 2020. Not sure what the delays were but I am aware that this is not that unusual with new construction. Additionally, we got poor service from their title company representative leading up to closing. Other than the above mentioned issues, we have been well satisfied with our experience with Maronda and the house we bought.nnWe had a walk-through 1 week prior to closing to identify any issues with the house before we took possession. On closing day we had a final walk-through to confirm that all the issues had been addressed. Everything had been taken care of and the house was in great shape!nnI can honestly say that the house was nicer than what I expected. Very good workmanship throughout and nice appliances and fixtures were installed. The yard was nicely landscaped and the house was truly move-in ready. I would definitely buy from Maronda again if the opportunity presented itself.

Excellent model choices, with a good variety of customization on each. The build process is simple and you are kept up to date throughout the process, with a point of contact every step of the way. Our home took about 7 months to complete. We shopped a lot of builders and Maronda seemed to strike a great balance of luxurious features, with a reasonable price and good build quality/materials. No home is perfect, and their's had some minor flaws too, but they have been quick to address them.

My wife and I toured the community built by Maronda Homes. We were impressed by what the community has to offer and found Jessica Roberts to be very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had.
