I've called the Precinct over 2 hours ago and still not have a received a phone call back. I understand it can be busy but they can hire more people to handle the calls that are coming in. Now I'm forced top call 911 for my issue

The Richmond police department in my 45 years of experience are about the most useless law enforcement agency that I have ever delt with. Slow response time, never enforcing moving or non moving motor vehicle offenders a waste of tax payer dollars

This precinct never answers the phone. As a business we needed to contact someone at this location. Richmond needs to do better.

Go in to speak with someone cant get nobody to the door,on the phone or nothing during the daytime .place locked up like fort knox
