Very helpful sale staff that will help the homeowner with the same attention as a professional. Way better than a big box for sales assistance and availability.
Had a couple of plumbing issues, bathtub and clothes washer. Took the part to the local big box, no idea. they sent me to the local plumbing supplier. The answer was, never seen this, will need to cut out and replace. My guess, easily over $1,000 if I call in a plumber. They did suggest Richmond Plumbing Specialties. Thank God they did. I put the parts down on the table. Knew the parts, had the parts. One section showed me quickly how to rebuild. My cost, $70. Next time, I'll skip everyone else and go too Richmond Plumbing Specialties. Thanks so much!
