HT , I hope that's his initials. Was pleasant, spoke to us in lay term that we could understand. And he was a very pleasant guy as well. I told him he seemed very knowledgeable. I could tell from the way he explained things to me and my son. We're happy. We're not surprised by the quality service either. That's the reason my late father chose this company. This was my first time using Michael & Son, and they will be my plumber from now on. Patrick was very nice, fixed the problem within a few hours of my call, upgraded what I had, and charged me less than what my usual plumber quoted. Amazing!nnMy annual HVAC maintenance by Michael and Son was truly great. Jake was very professional, polite, gave me good advice and tried to save me money—and wore shoe covers in the house! A really fair price for all that he did in the time he was here.
Jules and Jason did a great job for me when I had a recent problem with electrical and AC units. Sometimes it's hard in a 100 year old house to know where the problem is. Sometimes the problem is in multiple places. The Michael and Son team of Jules,0. Jason and Terry worked hard in this horrible heat to 0identify and resolve my problems. Such nice people and most courteous and respectful and most willing to explain the situation to me. I love Michael & Sons'. They act like they appreciate your business. So many providers won't even call you back or like you are a burden in their work day. Not so with Michael and Son's; they are great!nnMichael & Sons plumber today was fabulous. 12/29/2020.
I would definitely recommend Michael and son to anyone who needs work done even emergency work done, it's worth the price yeah I recommend it to anyone, You're reading this you need to call Michael inside if you need help for any of your plumbing heating all that. And for the record no I'm not a Michael and son employee. This is my first time using their services and a technician did an awesome job explaining and completing the job in a timely manner. The process did not take all night even though I was told between 6:00 and 11:00 p.m. I was given a call by 6:30 let me know he could be here as early as 7:00 p.m. he was here a few minutes early knock the job out went through the step s explained that I could possibly get on a Michael and son preventive maintenance plan, like I said he didn't excellent job and it was more than worth the money for emergency services with Michael and son. My name is Seneca and I'm a Michael and son fan just from one emergency visit and we'll recommend it to anyone that needs emergency or just preventive maintenance work.
