Coastal Ride

I, a person who never writes bad reviews, cannot caution you NOT to use this business yourself! They didn’t contact me when the driver was late even though they accepted my appointment hours in advance on the app. When I called, they said that even though the app said the job had been accepted, no driver was assigned to me. None would be coming. I would go on to miss my very important doctors appointment...because even tho I booked on the app hours in advance they didn’t tell me that they would leave me hanging until I was already late for my appointment. Do you want to miss your doctors appointment or meeting? Then pick this company. They weren’t apologetic at all. They must do this to people routinely....why would you even go into business if this is the quality of service you intend to provide?

I used a Coastal Ride wheelchair accessible vehicle. I use a wheelchair and had the pleasure of being transported by William. He was courteous, professional and a very competent driver.nArrival and departures where punctual.nnAn excellent experience and I will be using this service for appointments and outings in the future.nnI highly recommend.

Cab 427 is always on time, my Father enjoys his rides to and from his appointments. t really appreciate that you guys having wheelchair accessible cabs, Mr Hopkins your a life saver! Thank you so much!!

Called ahead to schedule a ride to the airport on a Saturday morning. The person I spoke with hung up before I could ask any questions or confirm.nnSitting here now 15 min after my “scheduled” pick up time, apparently it’s not guaranteed to get a ride unless they have someone available to assign you. I’m not only disappointed but now concerned I’m going to miss my flight. Don’t bother with this company.

I am appreciative for the drivers who try to help your day go smoothly even when it is not their error, or responsibility. Mr. Hopkins Cab 427 is a very professional, caring, problem solver who aims to help his customers. Thank you for assisting my husband and I with his transportation needs. For wheelchair accessible transportation. If you get the opportunity to be transported with this gentleman you will not be disappointed. My husband asked for his name and information so when he needs transportation he will look for his cab number if possible.
