Richmond Police Department

We stopped by yesterday to pickup paperwork. The lady attending to us was hospitable, very kind and efficient. She helped us with our request and it flowed effortlessly. We were in and out in maybe 15 minutes max. The station was immaculately clean, no dust, dirt, finger prints to be found. The staff that walked by were also welcoming with their greetings and you can see the smiles in their eyes (lol ud83dude37). The hallway wall showcased children's art expressing their thoughts & feelings of the police & the department. I especially enjoyed viewing these artworks, while we waited, as it reminds us to cherish & nurture our next generation so they would choose to make our world a better place than it has been for us.

They terrify me and seem to enjoy it

Went to get fingerprints done, dude told me to relax while slapping my arm over and over then did karate movements as if because I'm Asian that would somehow make it more comprehendible? Then when we were done he said he hoped they would accept my fingerprint because he didn't even do my right hand correctly.

What can I say. Without them we wouldn't be able to walk the streets. Thank you for your dedication, sacrifice, and willingness to serve. Forever greatful.
