City of Richmond Virginia (City Hall)

No permits just a portal so beware the random say electrician who would convince you to pay $ 200 - 450 for upgrade of little meaning.

I'm doing work in the building on the 14th floor and at the beginning of the project they supplied parking in the parking deck in contractor parking spaces when available. Now they told me that we have to supply our own parking which is a half mile away and I have to lug all my tools and supplies to and from. It seems that everyone there has their own set of rules for every individual person that is there. I would think that if you have someone working on your stuff they would at least supply parking. Then not to mention if you have to use the freight elevator... you literally have to wait for it and have someone else with you so nobody else comes and takes it.

The observation deck on the top floor of the building is not only free, it also offers picnic-tables and 360° views. What is more, it is not very crowded!nDefinitely worth a visit.

The girl that helped me was rude, she had a smart mouth. Basically told me everything was a personal problem and that she couldn’t help me with anything. Questioning all my statements and not even letting me finish my sentences. City Hall needs to train some of their employees on better customer service because it’s a joke.

I doubt who gave them five is actually working for them
