Beware of the 24hr cancellation policy. No exceptions period for any client or reason (even during a pandemic) Ave 42 charges you 65% of what you would have paid. For example if you would have paid $234 for your services you would pay them $152. IF they can rebook your appointment the fee is waived. But they will remind you that that’s hard to do with such a late notice. You will have beautiful hair after your appointment the stylists are great. The owner is only willing to work with you IF she can rebook your appointment for someone else. So just keep that in mind if something ever comes up last minute and you have to reschedule or cancel. Refuse to pay and you can’t come back.

The girls at Avenue 42 are amazing. My first experience with them was as a bridesmaid for a friend’s wedding. As I began to plan my own wedding; I immediately knew I needed them for my hair and make up needs. Diane was so professional and efficient during the initial booking process and remained so in scheduling my trial session. As COVID 19 hit, Diane was flexible and accommodating to changes in the number of styling services required and the changing location of service. Natalie and Jane were phenomenal during the trial session and more than willing to make changes for the final wedding look. Between Natalie, Jane, and Heather the hair and make up for the wedding day went flawlessly. My bridesmaids raved about the whole experience, several saying that it was the best hair and make they had ever received.

I made an appointment with Avenue 42 because they are rated #1 for best bridal hair and makeup (I'm getting married next year!). But I'm staying because of Brighton! She made my experience very enjoyable and was super careful with my hair cut. This salon is clean, classic, and has a great, comfortable vibe. I will definitely be back for my routine hair maintenance and will definitely be booking a stylist for my wedding hair and makeup! 10/10!

If you're looking for quality, professionalism, and STUNNING wedding hair and makeup look no further. Avenue 42 came to our venue and provided us with the greatest experience even during a global pandemic. They took great care to clean between each person, and made everyone feel incredibly comfortable. We had a particularly diverse bridal party and they made sure each and every person who left their chair felt beautiful! I will continue going to Jesika even after the wedding as my main hair stylist, she is the best!
