What is the standard timeframe to have a Detective from the City of Portsmouth to pick up security video footage at a Community/Property Manager's Office ( a crime that happened more than 2 weeks ago). The location where the crime occurred is literally right across the street from the Detective/Crime Investigations Unit yet the assigned detective has told us on at least 3 different occasions that he will be stopping by to pick up the security video footage and yet still he has not so. At this point, I would like to have a Sergeant or higher help us out with this investigation at our rental Community. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter at hand.

You hand them a thief on a Silver Platter..and nothing. I thought they were there to help the ones that got robbed and not the thiefs. My bad...I now understand why people air their dirty laundry on public media. Reckon now its my turn.
