Showed up after home warranty sent them. Would not pull the toilet to clear the stoppage due to no clean out. Would have been happier if they had asked on the phone if we had a clean out over the phone instead of coming out and saying can’t help due to no clean out.

The technician that originally came out on a warranty job was just ok. He turned the water temp up and said that he left my ticket open. Today, I needed to call back because of course that wasn’t a permanent fix. The office lady was so rude. She only responded thru text and now suddenly I needed to call a company that could work with propane water heaters. They should have never come or have told me that they could come back if that didn’t fix it. Now here I sit, on hold again with the home warranty company.
My warranty company sent them to my home for repairs. Best plumbing service. I would use them again
The owner and his wife were very friendly and informative, came to the site to make sure the job was flawless. The technician Nikko was pleasant, on time and knowledgeable. Great service.
