Dragon City

Used to be great 10/10 food and great delivery. However, I've had subpar food from there in the past year, but decided to give them another try. Delivery driver called me because he couldn't find my address (wasn't even on my street), and I ended up having to go outside in the rain so he could see me. I ordered one of the more expensive entrees, and it was missing two essential ingredients. They might have made (or delivered?) the wrong item, it seemed like a mix between the two. The appetizer was also not what I ordered, but close... Even though the total purchase was well over the amount for free delivery, they charged an additional $2 Delivery Fee anyway.nnWon't be calling again.

My favorite place to eat Chinese food in Norfolk. Highly recommend the chicken teriyaki and the dragon and phoenix combo.

Just made a delivery order and the service was fantastic food was delivered fresh and hot and was delicious.The driver delivered the food with excellent timing and was really nice

I’ve ordered twice from here and I have no complaints on the food it’s fantastic. What I will say though is that your delivery driver is extremely rude. I ordered online and it said that my food would be delivered an hour after I order, again that’s fine I can handle a wait, but what isn’t is the fact that I’ve acknowledged the food would not be delivered for a long time, but thirty minutes after I ordered the driver calls and says “do you not hear me knocking” not even a hello, I was outside so I could not hear that she got here earlier than the expected delivery time. I did apologies and say I would be right out I was in my back yard. But as I walked out I had to go to the drivers car and have her tell me that this is the second time I’ve made her wait. And from the first time I had this driver deliver to me I know it probably took at least 5 mins just to get and unlock my door. While saying sorry about the wait she was still rude saying that I need to be out faster since I ordered my food, I did explain that I ordered online and the wait said an hour, but she kept saying “well we are right up the street so it wouldn’t be long” again I don’t know their schedule, I don’t know if the driver needed to make other deliveries before mine so there was no reason, for her to be as rude as she was. If I order from dragon city again it will be pickup because after that I wouldn’t want this driver near me or my home again
