They destroyed my dress!!!!!!! I spoke with the seamstress to make sure she could fix the problem and she assured me should could. When I picked up my dress today, she had done a horrible job! There were multiple seams of the wrong color and additional holes in the delicate material. I spoke with the owner/manager and he didn't even apologize. He said he would take off the $5 for the seamstress work, but they destroyed my dress!!!! He suggested I take my dress to a qualified seamstress and I told him that I thought I had!!! He did NOTHING to fix this problem. I will NEVER go back there and you shouldn't either!

Please do not go here! Not only did they not clean my jacket, but they also did not pay attention to spots that have been removed by several cleaners prior. They kept my jacket for two weeks and did not bother to call me to say they would not clean it. Horrible customer service and I wish I could rate zero stars.nUPDATE: I took the jacket to another cleaners and they got the spots and stains out that Ghent custom cleaners claimed they could not. They gave multiple excuses as to why they could not remove the stains and spots, but they did in fact come out with another cleaners service.

I’ve taken ten pairs of jeans there for hem/alteration. I’ve taken suit jackets and shirts, and items of value. I’ve taken rush items in. Always, they’re back on time (or earlier) and in great shape. I’m very happy with the service I receive and I’ll keep going there until I move!
