The Duke Brothers staff is always so accommodating. They were able to meet me at a scheduled time to allow me to drop off my oriental rug at a time that worked best for me. When it was ready for pick up they called and texted to notify me and ended up offering to deliver it to my house since they were already going to be in the neighborhood. My oriental looks great and they even addressed a slight color bleed issue. Thanks for making rug cleaning an easy process!

Duke Bros. did a great job cleaning and repairing the moth damage on my wool area rug. They repaired it so that I can no longer even tell where the significant damage was! They were easy to deal with, the price was fair, and were excellent communicating with me about my rug. I recommend them without reservation. Many thanks!

Duke Brothers is certified to professionally clean oriental/wool/handmade rugs. They will pick up any or all of your precious rugs, clean them correctly with wool safe certified cleansing agents, dry them correctly, and after a few weeks of the entire process, they deliver them and will unroll each one where they go in your home if you would like. They have the ability to do repairs as well (fringe, cording etc ) but only if time and workload permits. Fair prices. All around great company. Barry the owner is a real nice, chill professional.

Amazing service, would highly recommend. They picked up an oriental runner from my house the same day it got thoroughly soaked by nasty toilet overflow water from a backed up pipe. They gave me a few tips for what to do with the rug until they could get there later that day. They turned it around in less than 2 weeks, completely clean and odor free. You’d have no idea what that rug went through. So thankful they salvaged it. They also dropped it back off at my house. Super easy. Super friendly. Reasonably priced. Good people doing good work. Will use them again next time I need a rug cleaned.

Duke Bros. did a beautiful job on an old wool oriental. It’s gorgeous again. I definitely recommend them for oriental carpet cleaning! Plus they were very pleasant to deal with.
