I'm a huge procrastinator and because of my fault only, I decided to wait a day before I needed my items to be dry cleaned. I called their customer service desk and they allowed me to drop them off on Tuesday afternoon to be ready by Wednesday afternoon. I had someone else pick them up for me and everything looked great. They also felt softer too, which I haven't felt from other dry cleaners. Albano employees were very nice regardless of how needy I was being. Thank you!

Overall store experience left a lot to be desired. The two ladies that managed the front end were fantastic and always friendly (the ONLY reason this is more than one star). However, that's where the positive ends. I brought in two brand new shirts for press only and upon receiving them they were both stained with starch and cheeto type stains. I brought them back and was assured they would be corrected. Two more days later, I received shirts plagued by different stains and burn marks. They attempted to correct those issues yet again but in the end I had to have both shirts processed through claims to replace them. I cannot recommend this dry cleaner for professional attire, Go somewhere else.

Albano Cleaners has always taken great care of my clothes. I don't remember ever having to retain an item because it wasn't right. They do it right first time around
