They were on time and my comforter came back so fresh and clean. My street was very flooded when they came to deliver (I'd only just gotten home 5 minutes earlier so no time to call and reschedule delivery) and instead of just not delivering, she called and I was able to meet her at the end of the road and pick it up from her. I'm very happy with the service and the communication.
First time user. So very happy. So happy that I sat down to write this review after opening just one of my 2 duffles. Picked up on time. Delivered on time by friendly driver. No one should be this excited over laundry - but I am. Clean, washed and folded and organized by type. Only thing I need to do is put it all away. So happy I chose Bolt Laundry. Will certainly use again.
My washer and dryer both broke (long story) so I signed up for Bolt Laundry. It’s great. I dump all of my laundry — bed linens, towels, clothes — into bags they provide. It’s picked up on Monday. On Tuesday I get my laundry back, perfectly folded and neatly. I literally pick piles of clothes out of the bags and put the right into drawers.nnIt’s like having a maid do your laundry!
Extremely convenient laundry service in Norfolk, especially in how the clothes are washed and folded. Well worth the service. Will definitely be using Bolt Laundry again!!
