I like soap-N-suds. The morning senior citizen lady is very nice and helpful. I like washing my clothes there. She is constantly doing her job duties as customers wash cloths. I notice she has a warm heart and personality. ☮ufe0f

I was going to give 3.5 stars because of how much it is to wash clothes and drying is a little high and it took forever for my clothes to dry. The place is very clean and air conditioned which is nice given that it's hot outside. The staff were nice and friendly even helpful towards customers who needed assistance.

This was my first time using soaps n suds to wash my clothes. I used 3 single washers , 1 double , and 3 triple load washers. The random 3 single load washers I used were for very small loads. I had 1 bedsheet in 1 , 1 throw in the second washer and 3 towels in the 3rd. I used 1 third of the amount of washing powders recommended on the box for each machine ( I dont like to use too much or my clothes get itchy and I only had 1 cup of powders left to split between the 3).I opened them to get my clothes out and there was dry soap in the wash on my clothes and they obviously didnt agitate or rinse or spin. I show the management and was refused a refund or credit for another wash.She said I put too much soap in it and my laundry was to heavy to agitate. I mean dont use those washers if your planning on washing more than a small t shirt or 1pair of socks at a time. She walked away to another customer who had the same problem and had just walked in after our conversation. She also was refused and the lady who worked there started screaming and cursing her at the top of her lungs. I will never go back....
