I use to love this location but recently things have been different. So a few weeks ago one of the washers wouldn’t unlock once it was finished. Today, on 10-18-2020 at 8:21 the washer would not make it pass the wash cycle ud83dude44 I was asked if “I needed my clothes tonight” & that no one would come out to fix the machine. First of all this is a business who makes THOUSANDS of dollars (per year) off of me alone. What the hell are they doing with the money their making if half of the machines are malfunctioning & out of order. So here I am, in here with a 4 year old who’s tired and ready to leave who won’t be able to shower tonight because ALL of my rags and towels are stuck in their raggedy washers. I will be contacting corporate & going to The Wash House for now on who has 1 CENT drying after 12 a.m
