Excellent food and service, as usual. We called a few days ahead of time to get a reservation just in case. No problem getting a spot and even were able to be seated early when we arrived. Everyone was wearing masks (including the statues) and being responsible with distancing. Thank you.

Wow! I ordered delivery food from PF Chang's in Bellevue. The experience has been horrible. It's a shame that this restaurant represents such a big and respectable brand in America.nFirst, the food was not delivered, and after 2 hours the driver called me to meet me somewhere to pick it up. I said of course NO. What is this? It's a scam? This is a big red flag. I am not going to take the car and drive to a location to meet with someone I don't know at 7pm in dark. What's happening here PF Chang?nnAfter this. I decided to call PF Change to see what's happening. Now the second surprise. I kindly asked the person on the phone about a status and she said that she needs to speak with the manager. I said that's fine but please let me know in a few minutes because I need to order food from somewhere else otherwise, if the delivery does not arrive.nI kindly asked her to ensure that I am not on the call for more than a 3-4 minutes waiting.nNow it's 20 minutes and still not the call. I got a drop call, they decided to drop the call after 20 minutes, without getting the manager on the call.nnPF Chang's in Bellevue it's just a bad joke. I don't understand how respectable places like this could get in such a horrible situation. Probably the management and staff has been replaces with incompetents overtime, but it's a shame for what's happening.nI will never order food for this place or go to it with my family or my company. Shame on your service, PF Change , with no respect for customers.

If you haven't been here yet, then you must not eat very well, which is scary.nOrder the : tea leaf salad and the platha and dip, for sure. Everything else, your on your own. You will be back.

The service wad impeccable! Our server was attentive, knowledgeable and so friendly it was amazing! As we were getting ready to ask for refills on our beverages our server was bringing them to our table. This happened several times throughout our meal. It was so incredible to have our needs were being thought of and taken care of before we even had the opportunity to ask. Our server was so proactive that our experience was so enjoyable I wanted to stop at each table to sing her praises. I wish I would have got her name so that I write to her management. I'll call tomorrow!
