Stay away from Atlas they’re terrible. My family and I were very unfortunate to have Altlas Plumbing install our plumbing in our new home. Within a couple weeks of moving in, our entire first floor was flooded. Our hardwood floors were damaged. Water traveled to our basement and ruined our carpet and some of my furniture. When the plumbers came to find the source of the flood, it turned out it was a rock stuck in the pipes carelessly left behind by Atlas. My family and I had to leave our home for a week while the builder completed the repairs to our brand new home. I wrote a letter to Atlas explaining how their carelessness impacted my family and have yet to hear a response. Not surprised. If you have an option to use anyone other than Atlas to handle your plumbing, please use them!

Atlas provides excellent plumbing service. The technician that came out was very respectful and treated our home with care. He was on time and did his work with exceptional care. He took time to explain the issue and what the solution was. Excellent service!!

This company installed my water heater and it is covered under warranty under 4 years ago. Now I don't have hot water. I called for them to come and they said they can't come for house covered over warranty because of COVID-19. Completely and utterly ridiculous. I do not recommend this BS company who clearly did a horrible job with install.

Warren was prompt, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Fixed us right up and even told us about a coupon we could use. As a female at home alone during the day, it is VERY important for me to feel secure, and Warren did just that. This is our second time using Atlas, we had them out for our business also, and each time we were greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable service person. Would definitely recommend them!

We have worked with Andy from Atlas before and we’re very pleased with him. So for this bigger job we needed done we requested him. He did another great job. Super friendly and hardworking. He finished in a timely manner and did a good job. We always had a pleasant experience whenever we had to contact the office as well. We will definitely use Atlas in the future.
