For the price it's a great place. Has arcade with pool table and nice rooms

This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had in any state I been to. The customer service is absolutely horrible the room is complete trash but no trash can in the room. It rained and flooded the walkway before the stairs having to wade thru water to get to my room. This was the worst.

Room had leftover pork chop bones under the bed. Smelled of mold and mildew as soon as you walk in the room. Remote had no batteties couldnt even turn the tv off. Worst hotel i have stayed in so far.

I reserved a room for a second time through Groupon and my reservation apparently never went through... the front desk supervisor Dawn was rude and very unprofessional over talking me while I was trying to gain understand even yelling at me I have never received such service and I will be NEVER come back or recommend anyone to come here prices may be affordable but the service sucks... the bright side is that the overnight attendant is customer service oriented while his superior is not... thank you for not addressing my main concern which is the rude and unprofessional service regardless if you all partner with Groupon or not... PLEASE DO NOT GO TOTHUS HOTEL!!!!

On Aug 14 I booked 2 rooms one For my Husband and 1 for my 2 sister’s and daughter. We arrived at the location around 12 A.M we checked in, I had went to my family on the other room to see if they needed anything before I went to bed and one of my sister’s told me that something was itching her so when she showed me (it was bad) I automatically knew what it was! It didn’t take long to find a bedbug. I told them to quickly get get there stuff and put them outside, I then went to front desk (very rude customer service) and told them about the situation I even showed them the bed bug the only thing they told me was that we all had to check out because it was cross contamination pretty much trying to blame it on us. I called around all the hotels even in other city’s and they were all booked it was a Saturday and it was late. Little to say we all had to sleep in the car that night. I had never been so angry in my life and never experienced something so horrible, We didn’t enjoy any of our Vacation due to the lack of sleep!
