Days Inn by Wyndham Norfolk Military Circle

I have been very understanding and patient with the staff in this hotel. I have kept my people there every week booking 3 rooms per week for approximately 5 to 6 days per week. I have had the worst experience with the front desk, I was screamed at the first time and even though he was very rude and unprofessional, I was calm and took it as maybe he was new and was overwhelmed. The second time which happened today 03/28/2021 at 9:35pm a lady asked me to hold which I did and went ahead to put the phone down and it sounded like she received a visit from her boyfriend. I tried to ask for help and tried to grab her attention by speaking loudly on the phone but after noises started I decided to hang up and call again. I am sure she decided to put her phone on not ready because the call kept going to not available. I would like to end this review with there is hope for the owner and manager of this hotel. There is one young female, she, when I first called to book a reservation, apologized because she was new and asked me to be patient. She did everything she could to reserve the rooms for me, which she accomplished. When my staff people go in she calls me asking if she can go ahead and reserve the rooms. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, she deserves a raise and I hope she gets it. If not, I hope she finds a job worth her time and professionalism.

Needs some cleaning especially the outside.

This was the nastiest place I have ever stayed. The only way to stay there is be high and drunk so that you aren't paying attention to your surroundings and environment. No sane person would choose to staying these rooms. The noise level was ridiculous. This isn't an environment for families and young children. This place Is a seedy and suspect environment. I was highly disappointed with this establishment under the Wyndham name.

Honestly if I could I’d give it a zero. Our room was a non smoking room and it smelt like cigarettes so bad. The AC/Heating unit was gross people put cigarettes out on it. And there was stuff jammed into. The maid didn’t do her job right because my kids where pulling stuff out from underneath the bed that belonged to someone who stayed in the room before us. And the mattresses where stained so bad. Spent like 250.00 on the room it’s self and it was in horrible condition. The toilet was so unstable. Told the front desk people and they okay well I’ll let my manager know. Didn’t even offer us a different room anything. DO NOT GO HERE AND DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE MEDICAL CONDITIONS.

Bed bugs, stingy on breakfast and hostile front desk. Never again will I stay here!! Spend your money at a better place. Many other better places in the area. Don't believe the false reviews.
