In November I took several items to zips for the first time and my daughter's skirt ended up damaged. I received a phone call from a nice young lady who explain what happened and was told that I would receive a phone call from the manager to see what he could do to compensate me. He never called so by the second week I started calling him. It took him another week to return my call. He was very rude. I asked him if he would just cover the cost of having my leather jacket cleaned which would be sent off site and he declined. It seemed like a reasonable request but insisted that the resolution would be cash for the cost of the skirt. He seemed as if he did not care about what happened and refused to let me speak with the owner. His tone was unprofessional and it was clear that he did not care about customer service. He directed me to corporate because I asked him not to interrupt me then he said he would contact me back in a few days. I still have not heard anything from him or been compensated for the damaged clothing.

Just wonderful! First time customer and will definitely be coming back. I needed my clothes done the same day but came after 9 which meant my clothes wouldn’t be ready till next day but talked to the assistant manager and she was very understanding and was willing to help told me my clothes will be ready after 5. My clothes looked AMAZING! definitely will recommend this location.

Amazing and super speedy dry cleaning service. I came in after 9am and normally that meant my clothes wouldn't have been ready on the same day but the personnel working was super nice, helpful and understanding of my urgent need. Picked up my clothes same day!! Super thankful for a great dry cleaning place like this in town!
