Carlos is a true professional. He did what he said he would do with outstanding results. We had some serious pet stains that had been imbedded in some of our rugs for quite a while. He cleaned them out and now the carpet looks new. I would not hesitate to use him again for carpet cleaning and grout cleaning. Very satisfied with his service.
I thought we would have to replace our cream colored carpets but after Steven's Chem-Dry cleaned them they look like new! And I love that the carpets aren't as wet as other services we have used!
They sent text notification 30 minutes prior to arrival. Discussed what i wanted done and was given the cost which i felt was a fair price. They did the work quickly and thoroughly. Will use again in the future.
They did a fantastic job on my sectional. They are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them especially if you have pets to remove odors and stains from couches.
