I have been going to Krystal Cleaners for at least 8 years. Not only is the young lady owner loyal to her customers but also goes out of her way to fix a tear here and there without charge. She is very dedicated to her profession and ensures each client that walks into and out of her shop is very satisfied. I have recommended Krystal to several lawyer acquaintances who love her demeanor and the professional manner in which she operates her dry cleaning shop. I will recommend her to any and everyone who wants their clothing cleaned properly in addition to the beautiful discounts and last but definitely not the least the wonderful attitude and demeanor. I will never go anywhere else.

I've been to several Cleaners in the area. They earned my business by going the extra mile. Now I only take my clothes to them.

They loan out your clothes.nWhen we went to pick up my husbands suit pants, which were not included when we picked up the his suit jacket and some shirts, the counter attendant claimed she found them in the street along with another pair of his pants. She could not show them to us but she did show us the other pair. We had to wait a day to pick them up. They had been dropped off two weeks prior. We can only assume she loaned them out to someone.nWhen we picked up the pants, after she could not show them to us, she charged us a second time, we always pay when we drop off.nDo not trust this dry cleaner.
