Very beautiful hotel, the rooms are beautifully lit always clean and cozy. The best part it is less then .5 miles from Norfolk Premium Outlets, you can literally walk there. There are plenty of dine in as well as carryout locations within walking distance as well. Please note there are two hotels in this one building. Quality Inn is set up like an apartment with a living room refrigerator and microwave. The room has a door on it as if you have other guest staying with you there is plenty of privacy. The other hotel in the building is Sleep Inn this one is just as nice but you don't have the apartment style set up.
All the reviews are correct. I think I was the only room not smoking weed but it helped to cover the smell of must. My work booked the premium king size suite with a jacuzzi for a week. Extremely disappointing and I canceled immediately and booked the adjacent Hilton. The only saving grace is that Quality is dog friendly apparently. I got to pet doggos!
I would give this no stars if I could this hotel is disgusting. The entire hotel. My room had not been cleaned at all and all of the appliances were broken l. I found liquor bottle caps and some other blue dust on the floor. Everything you sit on has stains the rooms stink. And the shower curtain smeltf like Urine. I had to clean the room with cleaning supplies I bought before I got bring my son in. I am extremely upset and will never be coming back to this NASTY hotel ever again. Absolutely disgusting
Waited about 20 minutes to be checked-in. Walked in the lobby and it reeked of Marijuana. The entire 1st floor smelled of Marijuana for the 3 days we were there. The room smelled like feet and musty. The carpet had a giant red stain on the carpet and the linens didn't feel clean. When we asked for more linens they told us they were all out and didn't have extras. We asked for plastic spoons and forks from the front desk and we were told they didn't have any. She didn't even attempt to go to the kitchen area or ask someone to look for some. I never received a receipt or any kind of correspondence from the hotel. Worst place to stay, save your money don't stay here. I
It's not often that I write a completely negative review. This one has merit. 36hours of travel, finally arrive, not only has my reservation been canceled I was not informed that they had canceled it through any electronic means or a phone call. I entered the building went to the reception desk where I waited for the on duty manager to notice my existence for 30min just to have her sell me some line about a problem with my credit card that is non-existent. Will not be giving my business to this chain. I'd rather pay the extra $20 to stay in a hotel with friendly staff.
