Cintas Uniform Services

My workplace uses Cintas, and they've been consistently terrible. Very poor communication, frequent billing mistakes, unprofessional representatives, and we often don't receive back all the uniforms we've turned in to be cleaned, so our associates end up needing to re-wear dirty uniforms. When we reach out to them, we receive no empathy and feel no sense of urgency on their part to correct issues, just a lot of excuses or even plain silence. I would not recommend using their services.
