We had an amazing experience with Big Country Amusements. Josh Fuchs the owner has really done some great things with this company. They were always available any time we needed questions answered and even were able to accommodate some last minute changes. We will ALWAYS use Big County Amusements as our go-to for events from now on. Thanks again for an awesome, stress free event!

In a world where events are not allowed and anxieties are at an ultra high due to COVID; BCA refused to refund us money as we had to cancel our event for reasons out of our control - the Governors restrictions. One would think, they would work with those in their community like most business are doing on refunding money back etc; their lack of business dynamic and working with the customer is a reason to stay away. Shame on you during this difficult time.

The reservation process was very easy. It was nice to hear that our previous rental history was easily accessible which made it even easier. The delivery staff was on time and professional and when the event was over, clean up was a breeze. We had a slight issue with one of the games we rented. When we informed Big Country, they were responsive and offered apologies and a credit to our account which will help next year for our fund raising event.

People of all ages loved the corn hole and kids loved the climb/slide. It was in constant use. Setup and take down were handled perfectly, too. Thanks for helping our event be a success.

Great customer service! Great selection of products. Delivery and pick up were smooth and everyone loved the bounce house! Will definitely use this company in the future!
