This new company bought out Dr. Wash. The consumer is responsible for vacuuming out the inside of the car and the car wash STILL was $20. By the time I went through the line it was too late to leave because I had already used the free vacuum not realizing they would charge $20 for a standard wash. There was no interior wipe down service which I missed.nnIt felt to me like I did all the work as the consumer and was overcharged.
The car wash has only one wash option that costs $20. With that price point, it should be good quality, but it was far from it. The water pressure was so low and the rollers barely touched the car. The wash lasted less than 90 seconds and the car was still dirty on the back. Then you’re ushered out of the facility without the chance to view your car and be satisfied with the service. The staff were distracted on their phones and didn’t bother running the wash professionally.
Car came out better than other car wash places in the area. They do a hard sell to get your car in their loyalty program.
Quick in and out car wash. No more long lines. Though it was a bit pricy unsure if i would return.
Excellent service, great vacuum power, and a great car wash with all the perks included for one good price
