Had a leak from second story bathtub trap. Charged me $100 to replace a simple gasket which did not fix the leak. I called repeatedly leaving voicemails over a 2 week period asking him to fix what he didn’t do the first time. Finally responded nearly 3 weeks later, but I already had another plumber fix the leak. Never received my money back, just an apology.

Another company said I needed an expensive repair and I had waited three days without hot water when I called Mr. Aguilar. He came over on a weekend and fixed my water heater in minutes. I didn’t need the expensive part that was on a slow mule train from an adjacent state through one of the “big” companies.nI have a list of projects here and I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else. I couldn’t be more pleased.nAnd I’m very disturbed by the conduct of the other “big” company I first relied upon to my detriment.
Came out same day as I called and not only fixed my leak at a fair price, but also replaced another seal at no charge. I would use this company again.
