Carson and his son have always provided top notch service and have always been our go to plumbers for years. But the past few days have been a mess with the woman answering the phone, don’t know if they can fit me in, maybe they can maybe they can’t. Which isn’t very professional for her to not know what there schedule is to be able to make appointments for long time clients. I don’t have days to sit around waiting for “maybe they’ll be able to fit you in”. It’s very disappointing because our whole family have counted on their top notch service for years. But this whole scheduling thing is a mess.

I called and had like maybe a toilet working. My downstairs bathroom was shot and not working and the upstairs bathroom was hanging by a tread. Mr. Carson and his son came first thing in the morning and fixed everything. Quickly and efficiently and even changed the lid and seat of my downstairs bathroom cause it was a disaster and super loose. Highly recommended. Pricing is so fair as well.

Friendly, quick, and easy to work with! Showed up on time, clean and professional service, used the hardware I'd already picked up (after inspecting it and ensuring it was good quality stuff). I called them for a quick job, just repairing a leak on the cold water tap for the tub, and they cleared my drain, cleared the supply lines, replaced cold and hot water hardware (seat, stem, handles), and ensured the shower switch was clean too. Cleaned up after the work was completed, and out the door in half an hour. Will definitely call on them again when I need a job done!
